I have just celebrated my one-year anniversary as Registered Manager at West House Residential Home in Westcliff-on-Sea. One of the things I love about my job is the opportunity to work with a team who make a positive difference to our elderly residents’ lives. I have personally chosen the staff team at West House, selecting them based on their nurturing and caring qualities. 

Our residents and their loved ones feel safe and cared for at West House and enjoy living in the relaxed atmosphere. 

West House is a calm and caring environment and we warmly welcome people in to the home. We understand that living in a care home is not the same as living at home but we ensure that we make a difference to daily living at West House………it’s the little things that count.
